NEW TEAM MEMBER

We are delighted to welcome Marcus Hauggaard to the team as an Associate in our Value Creation Team in our Copenhagen Office.

Prior to joining Triple, Marcus worked at CIL Management Consultants, where he advised mid-market private equity investors and management teams on commercial due diligence and growth strategy. He has supported more than 40 transactions across the UK and Europe, primarily focused on B2B software and technology-enabled businesses. He previously worked at Accenture Strategy, supporting corporate clients on strategy and operating model engagements.

Marcus also worked with Triple on its Nordic GRC platform comprising Risma, ComplyCloud and Wired Relations, leading the buy-side commercial due diligence and supporting post-deal strategy. Now, we look forward to his contributions to Triple Private Equity as a valued team member.
