APPOINTMENT OF CEO OF CERIVO

Triple Private Equity is pleased to announce that Henrik Møller has been appointed CEO of our portfolio company Cerivo.

Henrik Møller brings extensive leadership experience from the software and technology industry and joins Cerivo from a position as CEO of Paychex Europe and has previously held several senior leadership roles within the Danish software group EG A/S.

Together with the Executive Leadership Team, Henrik Møller will lead Cerivo through its next phase of growth and innovation, capitalising on opportunities in a market undergoing rapid digitisation and increasing regulation.
