Our experience as investors and business leaders identified the opportunity for PE investment to play a bigger role in supporting and scaling SME data and tech businesses that require investment above typical venture thresholds, but are not yet at the scale demanded by ‘traditional’ mid-market PE funds. Our research shows that in our target markets, PE only accounts for ~10-20% of deals
