RISMA, COMPLYCLOUD AND WIRED RELATIONS ANNOUNCE BOLT-ON ACQUISITION WITH OPENLI

Triple Private Equity is pleased to announce that “Thor” – its platform within Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) comprising investments in Risma, ComplyCloud and Wired Relations – has completed its bolt-on acquisition of Openli just months after the closing of the Thor investment.

Openli is a Danish company with a strong presence in Privacy solutions, particularly for technology businesses, and its addition to the platform will further strengthen “Thor’s” position as a leading Nordic GRC player.

The transaction aligns with Triple’s strategy to consolidate a fragmented GRC market by combining leading Danish providers within Privacy and InfoSec, creating a category leader with a highly compelling and embedded offering for the mid-market addressing increasingly complex regulatory standards such as GDPR and ISO.
